Our discovery phase unfolds through two focused calls, designed for your comfort and clarity. The initial discovery call (30-60 minutes) is dedicated to understanding your vision and goals, free from any financial pressure.
Following our discovery call, we’ll schedule a focused sales discussion to outline deliverables and investment details. By the conclusion of this call, you’ll receive our comprehensive proposal and agreement for signature, setting the stage for our creative and strategic planning session - ensuring a clear, pressure-free path forward.

Creative & Strategic Planning
Also known as the pre-production phase, the creative and strategic planning portion of our partnership will last anywhere from one week to one month. During this time, we’ll have regular meetings to develop and refine the concepts discussed in our discovery phase into actionable production plans.
This crucial phase is where ideas transform into detailed creative briefs, shot lists, and production schedules. We’ll collaborate closely to ensure every aspect of your project - from visual direction to platform strategy - is thoroughly planned and aligned with your goals before we step onto set.

Production day(s) is where all our careful planning comes to life. Whether it’s a single-day social shoot or a multi-day commercial campaign, your project will be directed and overseen by our founder and lead creative director, ensuring consistent quality and vision throughout.
During this phase, our in-house production team executes every detail with precision and creativity, from cinematography to lighting and sound design.
